Andrew Clapp, a long-time property owner in Duxbury, donated a 5 acre property including 800 feet of Ridley Brook frontage on the Camel’s Hump Road and approximately 250 of brook frontage on Scrabble Hill in 2004. This donation enabled the Duxbury Land Trust to further conserve the brook’s water quality, natural resources, and scenic aspects.
